Jabrai Copney and Brittany Smith

In season 4, episode 2 the love story of Jabrai Copney and Brittany Smith is featured. This dark twisted love story does not end well for Justin Cosby as they end up murdered. It doesn't end well for the couple either since Jabrai Copney is convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to Life Without Parole. Brittany Smith is also pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a firearm, willfully misleading a grand jury, and willfully misleading a police officer. and sentenced to 3 years and one day.

Oxygen describes this story as An Ivy League student and a music producer's criminal activities are discovered when a failed drug deal leads to murder.

This crime was also featured on Fatal Attraction. It is unfortunate that Brittany will only serve three years as she is a key played in this crime and without her, it would not have happened. Such a promising life snuffed out by a woman chasing a thug. Sickening.
