In Oxygen's Snapped, Killer Couples, Season 12, Episode 2 in the state of Ohio, the romance of Nathaniel Jackson and Donna Roberts is shown. This dark story ends badly for Robert Fingerhut who is killed. Ultimately Nathaniel Jackson is convicted of two counts of aggravated murder and sentenced to Death and Donna Roberts is convicted of aggravated murder with death penalty specifications, aggravated robbery, and aggravated burglary and sentenced to Death.

Oxygen describes the show as A married woman falls in love with her prison pen pal, but their illicit romance has deadly consequences. Both have appealed numerous time, unsuccessfully.
