Rose Vincent and Mark Bowling

In season 9, episode 9, we see the love story of Rose Vincent and Mark Bowling who committed the murder of Julie Bowling in the state of North Carolina. A love story gone twisted, that ends with Rose Vincent being pleaded guilty to the homicide and being sentenced to 29 years and Mark Bowling being convicted of second-degree murder and conspiracy to murder in the first degree and sentenced to 15 years.
